ExPlain_2.0New
ExPlain_2.3
In Version 2.0New, CMA bug was fixed which was found in Version
2.0
In version 2.3, all analysis and functions work fine. However,
since BKL license is in process,
links to BKL will not work for now.
If linking to entries is important for user's analysis, please
use version 2.0New instead.

Tools available on this server:
| The ExPlain Analysis System promotes biological interpretation of
high throughput experiments like microarrays, proteomic data, and
ChIP-chip experiments. The intuitive workflow allows systematic
creation of experimentally testable hypothesis for both gene
transcription regulation and signalling networks. [More info]
|
| TransPath provides data about molecules participating in signal transduction pathways and the reactions they are involved in, resulting in a complex network of interconnected signalling components.
PathwayBuilder can retrieve and visualize any part of the overall network starting with any molecule or reaction. ArrayAnalyzer is a tool for identification of common key regulators in the signaling network which can serve as drug targets.

|
TransFac is a database on eukaryotic cis-acting regulatory DNA elements
and trans-acting factors. It covers the whole range from yeast to human.
[More info]
|
| TransPro
is a substantial collection of human, mouse and rat promoter sequences. [More info]
|
| TransCompel
comprises specialized data on composite regulatory elements. [More info]
|
| TrxFac Miner is a web-based interface that uses the Transfac database to report all known genes in the human genome that are near or overlap a chosen transcription activation factor binding site.
