Function
PlotStructure plots the measures of protein secondary structure in the output file from the GCG program PeptideStructure.
PeptideStructure makes secondary structure predictions for a peptide sequence. The predictions include (in addition to alpha, beta, coil, and turn) measures for antigenicity, flexibility, hydrophobicity, and surface probability.
Description
Emboss does not contain a single command capable of reproducing the output from the GCG PeptideStructure+Plotstructure command.
Therefore, five individual Emboss commands have been combined in Emboss-Lite to yield a single output page.
