virtualBlot
virtualBlot is a Java-based standalone command line program to generate the "virtual immunoblots" from Mass Spectometry data obtained from sliced SDS-PAGE gels. VirtualBlot takes all peptide intensities from the quantified LC-MS/MS as input data. The program employs the jHeatChart java module to generate the blot images.
